Description:  Indolplex® is the first and only stable, bioavailable form of DIM® for healthy estrogen metabolism in men and women. To receive the same benefits provided by one tablet of Indolplex, you'd need to consume at least two pounds of raw broccoli.

Suggested Use:  One tablet daily with food. If extra support is required, take two tablets with food.

Warnings:  Do not use if pregnant or nursing. If taking prescription drugs, consult your healthcare practitioner proir to use. Harmless changes in urine color may occur with the use of this product.
